New Hero Suggestions

Hey for Territo's House's att animation maybe the sound could be when u buy/sell lumber. It sounds woody and since the animation is the wooden box, they go nice together. Except the sound could be a little long, or it could be annoying. It would have to be tried.

i dont see how your hero balances joox. he doesnt have insane bat or ms, low range, his total stats are 59, and his stat growth is 8.5. and what is his primary attribute? if you want him to be a str caster up his strength. if you want agi then compare to something like storm panda and see how that compares. if you want int, then buff almost everything. i like the idea of a tuskar but this hero is just lacking. good start though. also, not a big deal, but what about possible names?

I asked him to make it a bit bit weak so i could tweak it here is the end result.

Don't know why stomp thinks my original one is weak I think he is overpowered if anything.

Centipedes in my opinion are the most disgusting creatures to have ever walked this earth, and having them as a hero I think would cool.

I mentioned this before and got the answer that the possibility was small as there is no skin type in this game but I thought I'd just throw this out there.

Yes yes understood but we've not had any snake heroes really and the idea graphically of a hero striking from 2 sides at once as a critical is cool ... but yes this can be extended to a whole host of 'real' creatures ... jellyfish, lobsters, republicans (jk) so yes a t-down is expected. lol.

well the problem with using critters is they have no attack animations like the snake or dog. though models exist for critters they are fairly limited and no one really likes teh timmy not having an attack animation

I don't think people like timmy (h) in general ... lol, but anyway animating a centipede is not something I can comment on fruitfully so I'll leave it at my flimsy request and if it does happen i'll be happily grossed out.

I dont actually do skinning and modeling myself, and I have no idea how to. That is more of the arts and crafts area. www.hiveworkshop.com those guys there like to model,and make cool graphics. not my bag of tricks though.

Combine that with how massive a lot of custom imports are... It is easier to just use existing models.

- You can give a hero more starting HP, mana/life regen, more/less range, base damage, ect
- I am looking for BALANCED ideas! If you can make me a hero that is balanced, and not OP (Like 90% of suggestions are) then chances are, your hero WILL be added!
- Keep basic skills simple. They dont level yet, so pick something basic and simple. You can use a base skill that is already in the game. OP suggestions will be ignored, as will complex basic skills.
- No Flying units will be allowed on the map
- No hero range over 700
- No move speed over 450
- No attack speed under 1.9
- Hero Skins can be any skin in the game (Creeps included)

Puff= a ranged slithery, with better stats than slithery. A stronger version of the spider also. DENIED

Just saying; 30+20+30=80 10 extra starting stats, with no apparent weakness. Isnt mountain king 30,15,25; with lower MS, 1 more armor?

Told you, finding new, unique, and balanced heroes will be difficult.

The best thing to do when you think up a hero, is to find what hero it is most similar to, and make sure it is different enough to matter (a 4 stat point difference is enough; really) and that it is not stronger than its predecessor.

Also shim; I would like to avoid additional slithery/timmy/guardian type heroes.

Does that sound fair killed 10 agi .1 bat and 1 starting armor.In favor of more balanced starting stats an a slight gain to cast times.

Well then how about another Space Orc like hero? Make Puff the opposite of Space Orc in STR tavern, make it more AGI gain then INT gain?

Ok here is a trick go into Wrathbot use the !fakeplayer command and start the game.This will allow you to play solo for a bit so you can look at heroes.If you have an idea make sure that nothing else is very similar.
