XL Belts: Where to get them?

I HAVE SEARCHED THE FORUMS.

The XL Belt of Life is used to make "Eternal Set of the War God" End-game Recipes 2
The XL Belt of Magic is used to make "Eternal Set of the Mana Goddess" End-game Recipes 2

I know where to get the Eternal Set
But the "XL belts" seem almost non-existant. If you know how to get them please help me

Are you on Team 1?
Towards the bottom left hand side you will find two consumable shops. Go to the one named Consumables Shop 2 its located right next to the two sword holding statues. Its item icon looks exactly like shackles. Buy both set of shackles and make an exceptional orb of corruption. To do that you will need to purchase greater orb of corruption and kill the corruption boss for the essence to upgrade it. Do you know how to do that?
